No complains at all, the venue exceeded all expectations, can recommend it. We liked this boutique hotel for its quiet atmosphere and superbly friendly staff. The location was particularly good, just 5 minutes walk from a vibrant public square. The room we had included coffee/tea making equipment, an ironing set and a work desk.

They even helped me out when I faced some difficulties during my trip. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, including mouthwatering cakes from the local bakery. The location was perfect, near the city center, and the view from the rooftop pool was breathtaking. The gym was also well-equipped. I especially enjoyed dining at the restaurant "Le Crapaud," where I indulged in international cuisine of the highest quality. I can confidently say that Casona De Los Sapos Hotel Boutique is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Puebla, and I highly recommend it to others.

That the water was not complimentary, which was not clearly indicated. Additionally, there was a night with loud music playing from midnight to 4 am, which disrupted my sleep.

During my Easter getaway, I had a lovely experience at this hotel. The staff was always attentive and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. , the restaurant's menu offered delicious dishes that I couldn't resist. this hotel was located in a very safe area, in the heart of the city, just a few blocks away from all the attractions I wanted to visit. One more thing I loved were the spacious and well-appointed rooms that were perfect for a comfortable stay.

Although I enjoyed my experience at this hotel, there were a couple of negative things that I didn't like. the temperature in the restaurant area was too cold due to the strong air conditioning.

Alles war sehr sauber, und es gab Luftfilter überall im Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels in einem Tal, das von Bergen umgeben ist, war sehr ruhig und malerisch.
